The E-vites for Foxtail and Poppy Ridge are out! Can't wait for the ParTee Girl Golf tournament season to begin! Until then a few ParTee Girls responded to a spontaneous E-vite for a 9-Hole Social at Golden Gate Park. Maria K, Katie S, Kathy C, and Chris V were at the course early this morning for a quick 9 holes at Golden Gate Park where the sky was clear blue and the sun was shining brightly! We were on the first tee by 8:30 and finished by 10:20 am!
If you haven't played at Golden Gate GC, it is all Par 3's (several with views of the ocean) and an excellent test of golf. It's a great course to play when you don't have time for 18-holes or just want to tune up your short game! Though each of us had at least "one great shot" that will bring us back to the course, Chris posted a birdie on Hole #3! Afterwards, a few of us celebrated a great morning of golf with brunch at Seal Rock Inn. Great day and back home with the Sunday paper at 11:30. All in all a perfect Sunday in the park.
